is our Phlebotomist and has a clinic on a Wednesday morning, you may know Helen as one of our dispensary assistants.
Diabetes Clinic
Tracey Viney is our Diabetic Nurse and has clinics every other week at the main surgery.

Sara Williamson.
Counselling
Patients can be referred by a Doctor or self-refer to Outlook South West.
Alcohol & drug abuse counselling is available via a GP referral.
Healthy Lifestyle Advisor
Marcia Henning, Healthy Lifestyle Advisor attends Quay Lane Surgery every Thursday afternoon from 2 - 5pm. She will see a combination of Face to Face and telephone consultations. She is currently able to see patients for:

Reception
Should you wish to wish to speak to a member of staff confidentially then please ask at reception. Arrangements will be made to speak in a private area away from reception.
First Contact Physio
Paul Sumner is an Orthopaedic Extended Scope Practitioner and can deal with patients presenting with musculoskeletal problems. He can see patients over the age of 18 with the following problems:
- Neck pain and whiplash injury
- Shoulder pain on movement
- Joint pains to include elbows,wrists,hands,hips,knees, feet and ankles
- Sports injuries, sprains and strains
Paul will be holding clinics every Tuesday and will offer both morning and afternoon appointments either by telephone or face to face.
Patients will be seen for diagnosistic assessement and then onward referral if required.

Social Prescribing
Jessica Hirons is our Social Prescriber, she holds a clinic at the Surgery every Thursday. She is also happy to perform home visits if you are unable to attend the surgery. She is able to deal with a variety of social issues including:

Pharmacist
Nicola Stephens is our Clinical Pharmacist and will be holding clinics every Monday and Friday morning at the Surgery. She is happy to perform medication reviews and discuss any queries you have with your medication.
